Ellen I will be on Flight 1111 American Airlines coming out of Dallas, and ETA is 11:56 in Tucson. That's on the 10th. I will leave on the 17th.
It's non-refundable so I have to come now. :)

I should look for you then after I get off the plane? Just checking to make sure it's there and if I should go somewhere else to meet you besides my flight's gate.
I'm taking basically the same flight I've taken to Tucson before. I had one flight that goes through Minneapolis but the one through Dallas was ten bucks cheaper. :)
Because of the security issues these days, all passengers have to exit from the secured area in basically one place. We will be just outside of that area waiting for you. I hope you have our home phone and cell phone numbers in case there are any delays in Dallas or any other problems. We will monitor the flight on the internet.
OK- my memory is coming back now- it's probably not a huge change from the last time I flew there, since that was a few months after 9/11.
Some airports are a lot crazier than that one, so I think I'll be OK and I'll try to travel light. (I say that but then I end up taking a dozen stupid things I don't need.)
What time do you leave here on the 17th?

Very early in the a.m., at 6:18. I should have taken a Sunday flight but I need time to catch Micah up on homework, etc. Anyway that is quite early. If you can drop me off at the airport the night before, that would be great and make more sense than getting up at 4:00 a.m. I sleep really well in airports (not a joke, I really do). I would actually prefer that to getting up really early and you getting up so early.
